Update 3.0E for Wii

Nintendo® recently puts online an 3.0E update for his Wii™ console.
It proves that even if it doesn't brick the console or prevents WiiKey™ from correctly functioning, it however prevents the launching of the configuration disc of the WiiKey™ chip, which, for some people, can be an handicap.
To overcome this defection, we propose in download a version of Setup disc compatible with this update.
