Update custom firmware 3.52 M33-4

Changes :

- Fixed the bug that caused CRC error when writing to flash usb in the XMB. Now writing
is OK.
- Added the new speeds to vshmenu and core, because they were forgotten in recovery.

NB: To install this update you must be in custom firmware 3.52 M33. Place the files at the root of your Memory Stick™ then go in Game --> Memory Stick™ and launch the update while pressing on "Cross".
